Spicy and flavourful manchatti chicken masala which tastes super delicious with rice, roti or naan. This is so easy to make and taste amazing.
When I was looking for dinner inspiration online, I came across a picture of a spicy chicken curry served with some naan. I got so inspired by that so I made it almost immediately.
Manchatti Chicken Masala Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken - 500 grams
Coconut Oil - 4 tablespoons
Onions - 2 large sliced thinly
Green Chillies - 2
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tablespoons
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tablespoon
Coriander Powder - 1 tablespoon
Chicken Masala Powder - 2 tablespoons
Tomato - 4 large chopped finely
Curry Leaves a handful
Water as needed
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves - a handful chopped finely
Instructions
Heat oil in a pot.
Add in onions, chilies and cook till golden.
Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
Add in tomatoes and cook till mushy.
Add in spice powders and mix well.
Add in salt and mix well.
Add in chicken, curry leaves and mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat till chicken is done.
Add in water and bring it to a boil. Simmer for 10 mins.
Add coriander leaves.
Serve it.
