Ingredients
Eggs - 3
Cooked Chicken - 1 cup shredded
Onion - 1 sliced thinly
Curry leaves a sprig
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Coriander leaves - ¼ cup chopped finely
Oil for making an omelette
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan. Pour the mix in and cook for 2 mins on low heat. Flip over and cook.
Serve it hot.
