Ingredients
Coconut Oil - 3 tablespoon
Onion - 2 large
Garlic - 5 cloves
Tomato - 2 large pureed
Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
Chilli Powder - 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tablespoon
Coriander Powder - 1 tablespoon
Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1 teaspoon
Chicken - 500 grams
Coriander Leaves - 3 tablespoons chopped finely
Instructions
Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Grind onion and garlic till coarse.
Add in onion puree and saute for 5 mins.
Add in the tomato puree and cook till raw smell leaves.
Add in spice powders and salt and mix well.
Add in chicken and mix well.
Add water and cover and cook for 2 whistles for normal chicken and 6 whistles for country chicken.
Take it off the heat and let the steam escape by itself.
Add in pepper powder and coriander leaves.
Serve it over rice.
