Ingredients
Chicken - 1 kg cut into pieces
Badam - 50 grams
Cream - ¼ cup
Kasuri methi leaves - 2 tablespoon
Green chilies - 6
Mint leaves - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tablespoon
Curd / Yogurt - ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Lemon Juice - 4 tablespoon
Oil - ¼ cup
Instructions
Make deep slashes on chicken.
Grind all ingredients together to a smooth paste
Pour over chicken and mix well. Leave to marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Arrange in a baking tray and bake for 45 mins. Flip in between and continue baking,
Serve it hot.
