Ingredients
FOR CHICKEN:
Boneless Chicken - 500 grams
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Egg - 1
All-Purpose Flour / Maida - ¼ cup
Cornflour - ¼ cup
Oil for shallow frying

FOR SAUCE:
Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
Garlic - 2 teaspoons grated
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Cornflour - 1 teaspoon
Water - ½ cup
Instructions
Mix chicken in a bowl. Add other ingredients and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken and fry till golden. Drain and set aside.
Mix all sauce ingredients.
Add in sauce ingredients and mix well. Simmer for 3 to 5 mins.
Serve it.
