Ingredients
Boneless chicken - 500 grams cubed
Coarsely Ground Black Pepper - 1 to 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice or Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoons chopped finely
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tablespoons
Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
All-Purpose Flour / Maida - ¼ cup
Cornflour - ¼ cup
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except oil.
Marinate for 30 mins to 1 hour.
Drop-in hot oil and fry till golden.
Drain and serve.
