This is great as a daily health booster for your babies. You can add a spoonful of this in your baby's porridge when you cook it and feed her. This is like magic and maha loves it so much. How to sterilize baby feeding bowls:

Start by sterilizing the bowls and spoons which you are going to feed your baby. Take the bowl and spoon in a large saucepan, cover it with water and bring them to a boil. Boil it rapidly for 5 mins. Now you can turn the heat off and leave them to stay in the hot water till use.

How to make Nuts Powder at Home:

Ingredients:

Roasted Gram Dal / Pottu Kadalai / Pori kadalai – 1 cup

Cashews – 1/2 cup

Badam / Almonds – 1/2 cup

Dry Ginger – 2-inch piece or 2 tsp of the powdered one

Method:

Take badam and cashew in a Kadai and roast them till they turn golden, now add in gram dal and roast for a couple of mins.

Now take them in a blender and add dry ginger. Powder them finely.

Store in an air tight container in the fridge.

Notes:

1) You don't have to sieve this powder. Just powder this finely and store in an air tight container in the fridge.

2) Add a spoonful of this powder to your baby's food like porridges when cooking it.
