I made this egg paniyaram a few days back. Before adding the seasoning I too some batter and added only salt and pepper to that and made few paniyaram..Everyone loved it. I thought of sharing it as a separate post so you can find it under finger food for babies..Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you..
Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 2 to 3 mins per batch
Serves: 2 to 3
Ingredients:
Idli or Dosa Batter – 2 cup
Egg – 2
Oil or Ghee for frying
Freshly Crushed Black Pepper – to taste
Salt to taste
Method:
Take eggs in a blender and blend till it is whipped.
Now take dosa batter in a bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper in it and mix well.
Heat paniyaram pan with some oil. Pour a handful of batter in and cook till golden on both sides on low heat.
Serve.
