Sooji / Rava / Semolina – 1 cup

Water – 1/2 cup or as needed

Salt to taste

Spring Onions – 3 tablespoons finely chopped

Carrots or Beetroots – 1/4 cup grated

Ghee or Oil for making pancakes

Method:

Take mashed potatoes in a bowl, add water, sooji, salt, and mix well. Add in carrots and spring onions. Mix well., Set this batter aside for 10 mins.

Heat oil or ghee in a non-stick pan and make mini pancakes.

Cook for a few minutes on one side., flip over and cook on another side.

Remove to a plate and serve
