This is my latest addiction, I made this for baby and they loved it to the core. More than them I loved it so much. It is sweet and well browned and so good. Great for little ones. Instead of boiled carrots, give them this. It is tasty and nutritious and really yummy.

Preparation Time: 5 mins

Baking Time: 25 to 30 mins

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

Carrots – 3 to 4 large

Salt to taste

Olive Oil or any Cooking Oil – 1 tsp

Method:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.

Peel and wash carrots, slice it into long strips.

Take it in a bowl, season with salt and oil and toss well.

Spoon this into baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 mins till the carrots are cooked and roasted to your liking.

Remove it and cool it well.

Serve to your kids or enjoy yourselves.
