This recipe is very easy to make and taste so yummy. If your kids love pasta, you can make a simple tomato sauce and toss these noodles in that sauce and give. They will love it for sure. Eggs are rich in protein. I make egg dosa, some days I make egg mini cups in which I add lots of veggies, will share that soon..Most of the day it is these noodles.
Preparation Time: 2 min
Cooking Time: 2 to 3 mins
Ingredients:
Egg – 1 or 2
Turmeric Powder – a pinch (optional)
Salt to taste
Butter as needed
Method:
Crack an open egg in a bowl, add in salt and turmeric and whisk it well.
Now heat butter in a nonstick pan, pour the egg mix in and swirl to coat the pan in a thin layer.
Now lower the heat and cook till the top of the egg sets.
Now remove it to a plate and roll it tightly.
Now slice it thinly to resemble noodles.
Serve to your kids.
