This is a great dish to include veggies in your little one's diet. You can add whatever veggies you like in this. The addition of nuts powder in this makes it more tasty and healthy for your kids. You can serve this with rice or use it as a filling in paratha or use it as a filling for roti rolls.

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Vegetables of your choice (i used carrots, beans, and spring onions) – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – 1/2 teaspoon(optional)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sugar – 1/4 tsp
Powdered Nuts – 2 tablespoon ( i used cashew, badam and walnuts will work too)
Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon finely chopped
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin and let them sizzle.
Add in veggies and mix well. Cook them for 5 mins or so.
Add in salt, sugar, and pepper and mix well.
Add in nuts powders and mix well.
Finally, add in coriander leaves and give a good mix.
Serve with rice
