Sugar – 1/4 tsp

Powdered Nuts – 2 tablespoon ( i used cashew, badam and walnuts will work too)

Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon finely chopped

Method:

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin and let them sizzle.

Add in veggies and mix well. Cook them for 5 mins or so.

Add in salt, sugar, and pepper and mix well.

Add in nuts powders and mix well.

Finally, add in coriander leaves and give a good mix.

Serve with rice
