This recipe is a healthy protein cereal mix for baby. It has poha and roasted gram dal which helps in weight gaining in babies. Poha cereal is rich in protein and carb. You can feed this to babies above 7 months.

Ingredients
For Cereal Powder:
Red Rice Poha / Aval - 1 cup
Roasted Gram Dal / Pottu Kadalai - ½ cup
For Porridge:
Poha Cereal Powder - 2 tablespoon
Water - ½ cup
Salt to taste
Ghee - 1 tsp
Instructions
Take poha in a dry pan and roast till golden. Take it in a blender.
Roast gram dal till golden. Add it to a blender.
Powder fine.
Store in an airtight container.
Now make the porridge, take some powder in a saucepan, add water and cook till it thickens.
Add salt and ghee and mix well.
Feed your baby.
