Ingredients
Cauliflower florets - 1 cup
Water - ¼ cup
Instructions
Take clean cauliflower in a saucepan. Add a splash of water and cook covered till tender.
Take it in a blender and puree till smooth.
Pour this in a bowl and feed your baby.
Notes
1)You can introduce this to your baby after 8 months.
2)You can add a pinch of salt to your puree for better taste.
