Ingredients
Sooji / Semolina / Rava - 1 cup
Roasted Gram Dal / Pori Kadalai - ½ cup
Cashews - ¼ cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 teaspoon
FOR PORRIDGE:
Sooji powder - 2 tablespoon
Water - ½ cup or as needed
Sweetener as needed
Instructions
Roast sooji and cool it down.
Roast gram dal and cashews till golden and remove to a bowl and cool it down.
Take it in a blender, add cardamom and powder finely.
Store in an airtight container.
While making porridge, add some powder in a saucepan. add water and cook till thickened.
Add sweetener and mix well.
feed your baby.
Notes
1)This can be started after 7 months in babies.
2)Store this in the fridge for a month.
